Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness (PQ) Training

This is a mental fitness training program that teaches participants to grow the three core mental muscles that are essential to thriving in challenging times.

This program, created and provided in partnership with Shirzad Chamine improves the level of peak performance that’s achievable. It creates peace of mind / positive wellbeing, and improves relationships.
Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness (PQ) Training is based on strong research (over 500,000 participants) with a background in Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Psychology, and Performance Science.

Just as an athlete trains for peak physical fitness, we can train for peak mental agility using the PQ techniques. These techniques exercise the parts of our brain that emphasize motivation through positive emotions as well as success combined with sustained happiness.

The PQ program helps us identify (and quieten) the negative emotions that can cloud our vision. Being in a negative mindset can result in bad judgment, soured relationships and ego-based decisions that are critical and controlling to name just a few consequences.

PQ training is a simple but powerful 6-week program. It is an App-based training that consists of a weekly 1-hour training and daily (short) mental exercises which the app will prompt you about. This is used in conjunction with a ‘pod’ learning cohort or personal coaching sessions.
The program is designed to literally re-wire and train the brain to make more positive connections throughout life and has a huge impact on connection and groundedness.
