All presentations are around 30-45 minutes long, but can be adapted to a shorter time where needed. Presentations are offered as one-offs or they can be offered to appropriate groups as a series due to their content being very compatible. These talks are currently presented live, using Zoom or other video conferencing software. Audience discussion is encouraged and there is always time for questions.

Based on Brené Brown’s Daring Way™ program, we will explore shame, wholehearted living, self-compassion, perfectionism and self-worth. We will look at how these impact us throughout our life and how can we help our children understand them more fully so they too can improve their self worth and embrace a Whole Hearted Life.

In this presentation we cast a broad net to start to identify what happiness is for you, and what you might start to do to improve it. I will also identify one big change that you can make today, that will lead to increased happiness in just one week.
